Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Finance & Administration Intern. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time.
Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Good communication skills, attention to detail and integrity are critical for this position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist finance team in revenue & collection cycle
- Assist finance team in administrative functions as and when required
- Assist finance team in merchant queries pertaining to receivables and collections
- Preparation, compilation and tracking of overdue debts and payments from merchants
- Update of due reminders and keep track of conversation call logs activity on daily basis
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Undergraduate with a full-time enrollment in a University
- Be able to commit 3 months internship on a full-time basis
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication/negotiations skills to engage with our merchants
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good computer skills/proficiency in MS Office applications.
