Eastern Furniture & Renovation Pte Ltd – Interior Designer

We are a residential and commercial renovation company located in Singapore, and have been in business for more than 20 years. The growth of the company is made possible with dedication of our employees.

We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills to join our Interior Designer team.

Duties include:

• Outline client design objectives and needs
• Undertake design project from conceptualisation to completion
• Source materials and products included in plans
• Create mood board to sample your design vision
• Manage project planning such as prepare 3D drawings and technical drawings for client’s approval
• Site management to oversee and ensure works are align to designs and drawings
• Work closely with sub-contractors and workers
• Prepare necessary documents required from building management

Requirements:

• Passionate in interior designing, an eye for design
• Minimum 2 years working experience in interior design
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / SketchUp / AutoCAD / 3DS Max or other design programs
• Good knowledge in space planning, colours, lightings and materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
• Possess good creative thinking and interpersonal skills
• Possess good communication and presentation skills
• Able to produce 3D drawings and technical drawings for clients
