Our aim is to provide solution to furnish medical clinics for Endoscopic Visualisation equipment, ranging from standalone HD camera systems to fully integrated treatment units with microscopes; solution for hospital operating theatre needs, ranging from instruments to powered surgical tools.

Reporting to the Service & Support Manager, you are required to support and service our range of medical products to medical professionals. You’ll provide prompt response for equipment support when required.
This is a full-time internship position. Working hours Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct device commissioning, preventive maintenance, applications integration, and resolve technical problems as and when required
- Involved in projects by provide technical expertise and creative problem solving
- Investigate product complaints and determine repair requirements until total corrective action is taken
- Establish and maintain excellent customer rapport
- Maintains proper record of support and service work conducted
The intern will be accompanied by our staff to make visit trips, using the company's vehicle. Our staff will be guiding the intern for each site visit, which may include medical device inspection and maintenance.
