Responsibilities
Handle Sales Enquiries
Understand homeowners’ requirement and prepare for design proposal
Prepare for quotations
Provide customers with consultation over materials and color specifications
Project site management and supervision
Liaise and work closely with sub-con & suppliers to ensure smooth workflow of projects
Conduct quality check before handing over to customers

Requirements
Preferably at least 1 year experience in Sales Designer role
Diploma in Interior Design/ Architectural/ Preferably hold recognized Certificate in Interior Design
Responsible, Positive Attitude, Sales driven and Highly Self Motivated
Able to Multi-task and meet tight schedule
Interior Design entry level/ recent graduate with flair for creativity are welcome to apply
Suitability
Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch up
