Dyna-Mac is a global leader in the detailed engineering, fabrication and construction of offshore FPSO (floating production storage offloading) and FSO (floating storage offloading) topside modules as well as onshore plants and other sub-sea products for the oil and gas industries.

• Responsible for Supporting Staffs’ Recruitment.
• Liaise with employment agencies for staffing matters.
• Advertise ads on newspaper for recruiting purpose.
• Shortlist resumes and arrange for interview.
• Prepare letter of employment, apply work pass and arrange medical check-up for new recruits.
• Handle orientation, confirmation, extension of probation issues.
• Responsible for course registration and certificate administration.
• Ensure all training evaluation form is filled and file in the personal file and related record for audit purposes.
