• Preparation of a variety of hot/iced coffee beverages in the menu according to SOP and ensuring quality is always consistent
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Presenting menus and taking orders
• Serving food and beverages
• Providing efficient and friendly service
• Proactive learner and team player
• Responsible for daily bar inventory, supplies and display
• Maintaining accurate cash float
• Provide good customer service and build good rapport with customers
• Assist in improving processes for efficiency at the café
• Always maintain a clean and tidy workstation

Job Requirements:

• Capable of working in a fast-paced F&B setting
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume
• Great interpersonal skills
• Clean & hygienic in food handling
• Knowledge of coffee roasting is an added advantage
• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays (rotational working days)
• Min 2 years’ experience in coffee service industry preferred
