Duo Studio Pte Ltd – Production Intern

Your responsibilities would include: 

• Run errands to assist in wardrobe and props procurement. 
• Anticipate potential needs and be proactive with recommendations. Overseeing the production workflow from pre-production to production.
• Coordinating and working with others (art director, video director, photographer, client servicing team)
• Managing the day-to-day operations, budget and timeline of the production
• Professional, comfortable, and confident working with local and overseas talents
• Able to manage team on production set and be proactive with recommendations
• Shortlisting casts, wardrobe, props and locations
• Managing logistics of production. (e.g. call sheet, prepare documents required, welfare)

Requirements:

• Have a keen interest in social media marketing and be aware of its different ad formats
• Good team player and communicator
• Resourceful in bringing vision into reality
• Knowledge of camera and lighting equipment
• Organised and has good time management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Have a positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Have a keen interest in budget preparation and project management, to ensure visuals are delivered on time and within budget
• Possess grit - we are a startup. While we are flexible on certain things, we work damn hard.

Note also that because of the nature of the job, things can crop up after hours / on weekends. While it doesn't happen often, please be prepared to be responsive.
