We are looking at hiring an experienced Finance Executive to be responsible for the following details:

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Responsible for month-end closing activities
• Preparation of monthly management and financial reporting
• Responsible for GST submission and Tax matters
• Responsible for audit schedule
• Managing and preparation of the processes of financial forecasting and budgets (Both P/L and cashflow) 
• Processing of payroll, claims and other HR duties
• Ensure compliance of financial and operational policies and procedures
• Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company.
• Reviewing financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management where necessary

Requirements:

• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• Good understanding of matching principles of accounting
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences in handling full sets of accounts and preparation of management & financial reports
• Advanced excel skills
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Providing strategic recommendations to the management
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
