Looking for Ushers and Registeration Staff!
Event Usher / Registration Crew (Part-Time/Event-Based)
We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals to assist with event operations. As part of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them to the appropriate areas, and ensuring a smooth check-in or registration process.
Date: 12th July 2025
Time: 1:15pm-6pm
Location: Gene, Swensens

Allowance: $10/hr
Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist guests upon arrival
Manage registration counters and check-in systems
Distribute event materials (e.g. tags, brochures, goodie bags)
Provide basic information and directions
Support crowd control and maintain order when needed
Ensure a positive and professional guest experience
Requirements:
Friendly and approachable attitude
Able to work on weekends or event days
Punctual and responsible
Able to stand for extended periods
Prior event experience is a bonus but not required
