Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media & Communications professional to build and manage digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating brand narratives, launching social media channels, and driving visibility through organic social media and PR efforts. 

You will own the social media ecosystem end-to-end — from strategy and content to execution, engagement, and PR amplification.

Responsibilities: 
Social Media Activation & Management 

  • Set up and manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) 
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals 
  • Plan monthly content calendars and manage daily posting and engagement 
  • Create or coordinate content including posts, reels, short videos, captions, and stories 
  • Grow followers organically and build an engaged community 
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform best practices 

PR & Brand Visibility 

  • Draft press releases, brand announcements, and media pitches 
  • Identify and engage with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers 
  • Support brand collaborations, partnerships, and campaign launches 
  • Track media coverage and PR performance 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Track performance metrics across all platforms (reach, engagement, growth) 
  • Share regular reports with insights and recommendations 
  • Continuously optimize content and strategy based on data 

Requirements: 

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, PR, digital marketing, or communications 
  • Experience launching or managing social media accounts (agency or in-house) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Basic understanding of PR processes and media outreach 
  • Familiarity with social media tools 
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of execution
