Job Description

This is not a routine marketing job. 
This is an entrepreneurial role with real ownership, strategic influence, and equity participation. 

The Opportunity 
We are seeking an entrepreneurial marketing professional who can: 

  • Build brand visibility from the ground up 
  • Establish strong digital presence and PR positioning 
  • Design events that create real-world impact 
  • Shape the voice of an evolving, AI-powered marketing company 

You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in defining the next growth chapter of the company. 

This is a high-ownership, fast paced and a high-visibility role designed for long-term growth. The right candidate could rise into a leadership position like Country head/Business Unit Head, in less than three years — with a clear intent from our side to mentor, groom you into that role as the company scales. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Brand & Social Media Leadership 

  • Develop and execute an overarching marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals 
  • Set up, optimize, and scale platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.) 
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars 
  • Develop brand storytelling frameworks 
  • Build and nurture an engaged community organically 
  • Lead thought-leadership positioning for founders 
  • Identify trends and leverage them strategically 

2. PR & Strategic Visibility 

  • Draft press releases, media pitches, and announcements 
  • Build relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers 
  • Identify speaking opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations 
  • Position the company as a thought leader in marketing + AI 
  • Track and measure media impact 

3. Events & Community Building 

  • Conceptualize and execute brand events, industry roundtables, and launches 
  • Manage vendors, venues, and event partners 
  • Oversee guest lists, media invites, and stakeholder engagement 
  • Ensure real-time content capture for amplification 
  • Prepare post-event reports and insights 

4. Analytics & Growth Optimization 

  • Track KPIs across social, PR, and events 
  • Deliver actionable performance insights 
  • Continuously optimize messaging and channel strategy 
  • Experiment with growth loops and community-building initiatives 

Who You Are

This role is structured with performance-based progression into the founding team. 

  • Founding status is earned after proving measurable impact 
  • 12-month performance phase (one-year cliff; no equity commitment until completion) 
  • Compensation during this phase: Base + % commission on new sales/growth 
  • Equity / ESOP allocation upon successful completion and milestone achievement
