Our Client, IT Solutions Company seeking a Temp IT-Support for exiting project.
Project basis and temporary cover for 2 weeks.
Job Description
- Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on software and other computer services;
- Monitor, maintain, and perform regular test on IT equipment and server
- Responsible for network equipment installation and configuration;
- Assist in managing hardware and software inventories;
- Perform system administration and management;
- 2-3 years relevant experience Tier 1 Customer Support, helpdesk and troubleshooting Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application;
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology;
- Independent, reliable, mature
