Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general operations of the office and management of the customer service apparatus.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research and source for solutions independently.
  • Assist with recruitment and applicable HR onboarding processes.
  • Analyze existing operations processes and propose suggestions for improvement to the Operations Manager.
  • To handle incoming telephone calls, faxes, email and all aspects of coordinating functions.
  • Assisting the Sales Team in maintaining and updating of customer records

  • Fluency in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working in travel, airline, loyalty industry will be added advantage
  • Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with members, clients and vendors.
