Job Description

Monitor and renewal of maintenance services contract
Handling the operations and maintenance activities at client premises, including the Office Resources, Asset & Records Management
Leading technical teams in the troubleshooting and work proposal for corrective maintenance works
Ensure proper execution of maintenance activities by the contractors
Assist the Condominium Manager with day-to-day operation
Deliver necessary monthly/quarterly reports
Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Qualification:

• currently pursuing/ possess at least a diploma in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent

• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
