CANDIDATE CV GENERATION - Identify and attract a continuous stream of relevant candidates and applicants by utilising multiple tools GAIN INTERNAL/EXTERNAL REFERRALS - Continuously solicit good quality referrals from employees BUILDING LINKEDIN NETWORK - Using LinkedIn’s features to their fullest. Maximise In Mail responses with innovative approaches GAINING RELEVANT EVIDENCE - Acquire full understanding of candidates’ availability, sales skills, required remuneration and motivations. RECORDING INFORMATION - Ensure all applicants’ and candidates’ details are recorded accurately TESTING CANDIDATES’ VALUES - Use effective questioning methods to uncover if the candidate’s values are aligned MARKET ANALYSIS - Build an understanding of recruitment companies and sales-focused companies in Singapore INTERVIEW PREPARATION - Ensure that interview candidates receive adequate information to prepare for their interviews effectively INTERVIEW FEEDBACK - Communicate feedback on the interview process between the candidates and interviewers ONBOARDING PROCESS - Inform existing employees of new starters.
