Dow Technologies and Systems – Network Engineer

Our mission has been to offer AI based solutions and empower HR in automating processes by providing advanced technology to manage tasks such as payroll, leave management, overtime, attendance etc. We also have a huge emphasis on building a comprehensive recruitment portal to retain and attract the best talented candidates for companies. Furthermore, we want to also offer a predictive analysis of jobs & skill requirements. Finally, we want to develop greater transparency between managers, employees and employers to access information regarding employment & performance through available mediums.

We are looking for a Network Engineer with 3+ years of experience need to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. You will mentor a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize our networks for our users.

· Solid background in network administration and architecture

· In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols.

· Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)

· Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices

· Monitor network performance and integrity

· Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
