We are looking for IT Administrator in a dynamic, modern end-user environment with great culture environment.
You will need at least 3 years of technical support experience in a Windows system environment. You will have some backend infrastructure administration experience to maintain operations and infrastructure stability. You will be knowledgable on ITIL processes. Experience supporting mobile and office conference equipment is an advantage.
You will provide technical support to internal users to solve desktop, server, hardware and basic network issues. Your role involves you assisting on backend server maintenance, and any projects that are implemented. You will maintain documentation according to ITIL process and deploy software patches accordingly.
