We are looking for an Information Technology Administrator with 3 years of experience.
Requirement
Bachelor degree in Computer Science and related discipline.
At least 3 years relevant experience in providing IT support service.
Expertise on data networking, VPN and data communication protocol.
Experience with Microsoft and Cisco network products and supports.
Responsiblity
Provides helpdesk service to staffs, carry out inspection and recovery action.
Works with the other IT technical staffs and/or vendors to deploy, monitor and maintains the IT infrastructure system, and network equipment to provide a secure and reliable operations environment for the company.
Provides support on video conferencing and mobile email devices.
Conducts hardware/software or computer systems testing, evaluation and documentation preparation.
Performs troubleshooting on IT problems and assist in IT projects.
Responsible for logging and administrative reporting.
