· Builds simulated networks in test labs to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues.
· Lead design workshop and conduct detailed design of complex IP MPLS networks for Fixed Broadband Operator (FTTH/DSL) and Mobile Networks for green field as well as Migration of existing production network to new network. To interpret client needs, assess the full requirements, and identify suitable solutions. To input to cost/timescale solutions/options and manage expectations as appropriate with the customer.
· To support on the service delivery and network solution implementation. need to work with stake holders internally and externally from various organizations, including but not limited to Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Technical Support Center, Offshore delivery team, customer planning and operations department, subcontractors, etc. The Technical Leader will lead a team of engineers to deliver on large and complex service provider IP network projects spanning from IP Core to IP Access, IP RAN networks.
· Trouble-shooting experience is highly valuable for this role. Knowledge in automation and virtualization is a big plus.
