Dow Technologies and System – Senior Software Engineer

Our mission has been to offer AI based solutions and empower HR in automating processes by providing advanced technology to manage tasks such as payroll, leave management, overtime, attendance etc. We also have a huge emphasis on building a comprehensive recruitment portal to retain and attract the best talented candidates for companies. Furthermore, we want to also offer a predictive analysis of jobs & skill requirements. Finally, we want to develop greater transparency between managers, employees and employers to access information regarding employment & performance through available mediums.

Skillset: 

Languages: PHP, Javascript 

Relational Database: MSSQL, MySQL and optionally DB2 

Framework: Vue.JS, Reat JS, Node JS, Laravel, Drupal, Restful API. 

Certification: SCRUM/Agil. 

Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall delivery of software services working in collaboration with cross functional, product and design teams Contribute to design activities / solutions to improve the overall end to end solution Coordinate with other teams to ensure integrated end to end design Actively participate and contribute to improving the team development practices, development and deployment processes continuously.
