Furthermore, we want to also offer a predictive analysis of jobs & skill requirements. Finally, we want to develop greater transparency between managers, employees and employers to access information regarding employment & performance through available mediums.

• Perform ongoing database administration, Application Server administration, maintenance, performance tuning, installation and backup/recovery of Oracle databases and Oracle Application Servers running on multiple environments.
• Hands on Experience in EBS Upgrades (R12.1.3 to R12.2.x) , PCP and cross platforms migration(AIX to Linux).
• Hands on experience in RMAN and Backup recovery. Hands on experience in Oracle Enterprise manager for monitoring. Unix shell scripting: Good knowledge on shell scripting. Hands on experience with automation using shell scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and HA features with production support experience in a multi project environment.
• Work with product vendor, development team and infrastructure team to provide problem resolution.
