Job Description

Support in generating new business:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop solutions to help businesses to develop

• Design and develop templates and proposals for pitching

• Collect and perform analysis of various companies, brands and industries to understand current / future market trends

• Identify leads and opportunities with leaders using sales tools and support from team

• Conduct industry and client networking

New business pipeline management and research:

• Compile reports from various countries and conduct analysis of data based on reports

• Coordinate information flow across multiple countries

• Participate in development of operational structures

• Support in development of account plans and sales materials

• Work with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that prerequisites for proposals are fulfilled within a timely manner

Effective teamwork and self-management:

• Work across market teams to co-ordinate proposals and inputs for regional deals

• Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures

• Work with marketing communications to develop social marketing presence

• Plan and prioritise to manage market demands

• Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change

• Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organisational needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

• Creative and innovative approach to problem solving

• Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Work well in a fast-paced environment; willingness to learn & work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Excellent in both written and verbal communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with stakeholders

• Analytical and comfortable with data especially Microsoft Excel & Power Point will be advantageous
