Job Description

Job Summary:

General accounting including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and account and bank reconciliations. Assisting with monthly closings, account analysis and statutory reporting, . Supporting activities in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department

Job Scope:

•Prepare journal entries
•General ledger operations
•Assist in monthly closings and preparation of financial statement.
•Intercompany posting, reconciliation, and confirmations
•Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
•Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
•Account/bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in basic office software
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Qualification: 

Diploma or Degree in Business/Accounting or Finance related discipline
