Self-Starter, Passionate & have prior dealing with handbags is a plus

Good working knowledge in Word/Excel/PowerPoint somewhat tech savvy.

Good customer service skills and good product knowledge

• Actively participate in B2B with potential customers & follow-up where required

• Manage online sales portal & help in adding our products with e-commerce. handle FB & IG platforms as & when needed

• Able to manage Canva, QuickBooks and any other software required for the company to maintain its banners, invoices, sales, etc.

• Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations.

• Enhance brand image/promotion and increase customer’s product requirement.

• Build customer loyalty & able to explain products, follow-up through email and/or call, may need to visit customer site as & when required

• Work with event manager/organizers & ensure the in-store/booth/exhibitions display sections are well-organized, visually appealing, and properly placed.

• In some occasions need to work in manning the booth for any fair as & when required, be flexible.

• Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash & other daily operations/administrative job as required.

• Assist in maintaining & organizing the storage space properly & if any urgent delivery to the client if required.
