DJ Engineering and Construction – Resident Technical Officer (Civil)

DJB is an international property development and construction company that provides integrated professional support for Consultants and Contractors on all project requirements across multiple countries for both small- and large-scale projects.

• Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer
• Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
• Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
• To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirement

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Valid RTO Certification from IES
• Open for contracts
