What You’ll Do:

• Improve and support the management of day-to-day operational capabilities including but not limited to: frequently lead backend operations at HQ to manage inventory, runners in the field, and any customer service issues over chat and email.
• Improve and support our vendor/partnerships management processes.
• Support and manage issue escalation and resolution (RCA/CAPA) client reporting processes.
• Conduct product training and provide app support to internal and external clients.
• Gather internal and external client feedback and intelligence to improve business processes analyse KPIs, initiate and manage enhancements to improve overall service performance for customer, vendor and DD utilisation, productivity and profitability.
• Assist with ad hoc strategic projects and overall process improvements and enhancements.
• Fill in gaps when key team members are unavailable.

• You have a good business acumen, change oriented and results focused, have strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• You have passion to work in a startup environment where you’ll wear many different hats, learn a ton, and be an agent of rapid change
