We are looking for a friendly and responsible **Retail Assistant** to support our daily store operations. The role involves **serving customers in-store** as well as **travelling within Singapore** to handle deliveries, collections, and operational tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide good customer service
- Handle sales transactions and cashier duties
- Pack items and prepare orders for customers
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays
- Reply to customer messages and enquiries (online/offline)
- Perform **delivery, collection, and packaging of items at customer locations**
- Support store operations at different locations when required
**Requirements:**
- Must be able and willing to **travel within Singapore for deliveries and collections**
- Comfortable handling **packing, delivery, and customer handovers**
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, reliable, and well-organized
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends if required
**Additional Information:**
Training and clear working procedures will be provided.
