Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operation of the account department, such as daily billing and issuance of payments
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions i.e. accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payable (AP) records and activities
• Maintaining an accurate and complete financial records
• Assist with filings to keep all records properly
• Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic data entry and bookkeeping skills
• Proficient in Microsoft and computer skills
• Knowledge of XERO an added advantage but not compulsory
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months between May 2023 to October 2023

Qualifications
