Individuals who join the company would undergo 3 stages of development which opens up their knowledge in sales process; communications; interactions; leadership and management skills.
Stage 1:
- Promote and market clients' product/services through face to face presentation
- Handle customer inquiry
Stage 2:
- Assist to coach and develop new individuals within the company
- Assist in territory planning and manpower scheduling
Stage 3:
- Be involved in recruitment process and selection of candidates
- Lead a team in running a campaign
Requirement:
- Singaporean/PR only
- Posses a strong learning mentality
- Able to adapt to changes
- 20-30 years old
- Passport with minimum 6 months validity
