• Sourcing for the right candidates and matching them with the right job vacancies
• Advertising job vacancies by drafting and placing adverts online (social medias, job portals, resume search etc.)
• Arranging and managing interview appointments
• Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
• Working closely with sales team to develop an understanding of business needs, identify and implement effective sourcing strategies
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Taking initiative and able to multitask
• Work well in a team as well as independently
• Able to work in a target-based environment
