Job Description

3- 6 Months Contract Operation Assistant

Preparation of all cargo and customs documentations
Coordination of day-to-day operations and transaction with internal/external customers
Follow operations SOP, including compliance of all custom and security regulations
Assist in Data Entry and filling
Other assignment as assigned by the management

Requirements:

Fast worker, able to multi-task and handled the workload in a high volume and fast paced environment
Versatile and able to cope with work stress
Meticulous and organized
Proficient in MS Office
No experience is required, training will be given
