Responsibilities

• Operation strategy development for the launch of new internet products and its implementation
• Competitive product analysis and research for optimization of business model
• Social media account management for global markets
• Assist in the building up of product launch campaigns by analysing marketing data
• User operation data analysis and research
• Handle user service of the company's marketing department, record the problem timely and give feedback to users
• Collect, organize and document user’ enquiries and gradually optimize the user experience
• Provide users with accurate information and complete solutions to solve user problems in a timely manner

• Other ad-hoc tasks to support the team

Requirements

• Currently studying at university level in Singapore, preferably in a Business /PR /Arts major
• Good command of English and Mandarin, in both written and oral communication
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Interest in the Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Internet industry
