Digital Influence Lab is a digital marketing agency established in Singapore since 2012.
DIL has worked with hundreds of businesses to generate leads and sales online with a proven data-driven methodology, through tested marketing fundamentals and relevant content. The agency was previously appointed by the Singapore Government (SPRING Singapore) as the only agency to help local SMEs build their Facebook, Google, Content Marketing capabilities, and also created Asia’s largest virtual summit with over 50,000 participants (Digital Marketing Summit Asia 2015-2019).

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist with administrative and HR-related tasks to expand our digital marketing and consulting teams. The HR Intern’s responsibilities include shortlisting suitable candidates, providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies, documenting and creating HR systems.
HR Intern Responsibilities:
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.
HR Intern Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field. (Optional)
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Great learning attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
