Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site and in-house maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of laser printers and copiers
- Conduct preventive maintenance (cleaning, drum unit checks, rollers, firmware updates, etc.)
- Provide friendly and professional customer support
- Assist in installation, configuration, and setup of printers or copiers
- Update job sheets and provide clear reporting to supervisor
Requirements:
- Some technical background or interest preferred (training can be provided)
- Able to commit to part-time/flexible schedule
- Strong responsibility and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and improve technical skills
- Able to travel for on-site jobs when required
