JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to- day Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable duties
• Process and manage payments received and to provide related accounting support
• Process payment vouchers, expense claims and cheques
• Handle petty cash reimbursements
• Perform bank account reconciliation
• Ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by superior
• Other ad-hoc admin job functions

QUALIFICATIONS

Job requirements:

• Min Nitec
• 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft and MYOB Accounting System Preferred
• Pleasant, meticulous and numeric inclined
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
