Digi-sound Hearing Care Centre Pte. Ltd. – Customer Service and Marketing Internship

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team in the hearing healthcare industry. This internship will provide valuable experience in customer service and marketing within a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients in a retail environment focused on hearing healthcare.
• Handle customer inquiries related to hearing products and services.
• Assist with client registration and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Support the planning and execution of community events and workshops to raise awareness about hearing health and our services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mass Communication, Community Development, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
