Responsibilities:

• Handle public inquiries in a professional and customer-centered manner
• Manage and resolve queries, as well as to provide accurate information to callers 
• Identify and escalate complex problems to supervisors for follow up
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Additional language capabilities such as mother tongue is preferred
