- Support the day to day operations of the Talent Acquisition team
- Manage the recruitment system to ensure all job requisitions and candidate activity is up to date
- Sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels
- Scheduling of interviews (liaison between hiring managers and candidates)
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Planning of job fairs and in-house recruitment events
- Other ad-hoc activities as and when assigned
- Keen interest in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Good team player, positive attitude and results driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
