Job Description

Overall Role Purpose:

Intern in this role should assist HR Compensation and Benefit members with various matters, including daily office administrative tasks.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Stakeholder management and Project Coordination for Payroll and Insurance Vendor
    • Assist in AIA Project: (Now – Dec/ Jan)

        • UAT testing of the Flexi Claims portal
        • Drafting change announcement to employees
        • Assist in process of Annual Enrolment of Benefits on AIA
        • Editing of Communication Deck – Roadshow
        • Assist in coordination work between stakeholders and vendor
    • Assist in Payroll/ AskHR Project: (Ongoing)

        • Assist to gather the requirements for payroll / askhr for procurement
        • Assist to address and follow up with concerns or issues on new payroll system
        • Drafting change announcement to employees
        • Employee Communication on new portal for Annual leave Application and Payslip download
        • Assist in coordination work between stakeholders and vendors.
  • Compensation -Monthly IPP (International Pension Plan) contribution file validation 
  • Benefits - Insurance and headcount movement report
  • Communication Announcements to Employees
  • HR Policies Annual Review
  • Assist in C&B related roadshows
  • Assist in any ad-hoc C&B related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate (no preference for specialization)
  • Detail-oriented, good time management/planning
  • Good English written and oral communication skills.
