Marcomms
Develop contents using existing materials and produce EDM and direct mailers and other deployment of marketing activities
Coordinate marketing communications activities such as Connect in brief, regional performance updates and also customer events
Sales Information/Data Management & Analyses
Generate reports and archive them accordingly
Administer any changes to the database and ensure data integrity.
Collate reports from individual sales and prepare a consolidated report for Management.
Design, build and generate ad hoc reports as and when required.
Sales Support Process
Monitor sales processes and activities. Ensure that the system in place to measure these activities is updated and captures all key indicators and other relevant measurements.
Provide support with Post implementation projects tracking and performance.
Possess excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Possess some knowledge of Windows PC and Excel Applications.
