Job Description

We are currently seeking a Financial Project Intern to join DHL eCommerce, Asia Pacific for a 6 months project!

The successful candidate will be responsible to build a business case for a strategic head office location project. Key activities include analysis of regional tax implications, HR factors, and company legal impacts to make a cost-benefit analysis. This project will be done through collaboration with the Fulfillment team and key stakeholders to eventually build and maintain a market competitive edge, and support the management in achievement business goals for Fulfillment in the region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand the Fulfillment business in the region, analyze market trends, and be informed on market movements and developments
  • Complete project by working closely with the key internal DP DHL stakeholders
  • Manage business case development process and support stakeholders in the business case approval process
    Requirements
  • Degree in Business (or related discipline) with minimum 2 years of experience in creating business cases, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Basic understanding of accounting, tax matters, preferably with ACCA or CPA qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in business/corporate development, business analysis and project management
  • Experience in supply chain industry will be advantageous
  • Good analytical capabilities combined with good communication (oral and written) skills
  • Creative thinking and hands-on attitude
  • Strong commitment to “make it happen” even under pressure
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Convincing methodology and framework thinking skills
