Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Success & Project Management Intern to join DHL eCommerce, Asia Pacific for a 3 months project!

The successful candidate will be responsible with monitoring all business functions across the regional Fulfillment department. Key activities include the production and maintenance of performance dashboards across Warehousing, IT, Customer service and Customer Success.

Additionally, this role will support the setup of two new fulfillment centres in SG and MY. The project will involve close collaboration with the project manager and provide exposure to stakeholder meetings. The candidate will monitor change management, project schedule, and ensure milestones are achieved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand the Fulfillment business in the region, and be informed on market movements and developments
  • Create and improve existing dashboards and performance monitoring tools
  • Engage key stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Business (or related disciplines) are welcomed to apply
  • Excellent communication and soft skills
  • Creative thinking and hands-on attitude
  • Strong grasp of MS Excel, knowledge of VBA/macros will be advantageous
  • Experience in supply chain industry will be advantageous
  • Experience with using MS Project will be advantageous
