We are currently looking for undergraduates specialising in Law/Business/Banking/Finance/Economics or related fields to join us for our annual Internship Program.
At a glance:
This internship program aims to provide a holistic approach to building up the candidate's portfolio through 2 areas: Networking and Comparative Advantage.
For Networking:
Candidates would be expected to network with professionals which may include Accountants, Consumer Bankers, Corporate Bankers, Investment Bankers, Mortgage Asset Consultants, Treasurers, Chief Financial Officers. During the networking session, candidate may enquire on the job scopes of these professionals, thus enabling a two way communication opportunity which may lead to future business opportunity with these high net worth individuals.
For Comparative Advantage:
Candidates may be exposed to investment instruments which may include Exchange Traded Funds, Unit Trusts, Forex and etc. Candidates will be taught how to build up AUM - Asset Under Management, which is a key performance indicator used in the banking industry.
Primary learning objectives:
-Track and monitor Client's Financial Portfolio
-Establish Client's Financial Goals
-Customise and design financial solutions to attain clients financial goals
-Take actions to implement solutions towards client financial portfolio
-Assist in wealth protection, investment, legacy planning, portfolio planning
Due to stringent internal hiring process, we regret that only the top performing interviewees would be shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates can expect an allowance of $500 to $1000 per month (excluding commission and bonus incentives).
Requirements:
- Candidate must be 21 years old and above (MAS Regulatory Requirement)
- Candidate must possess at least 'A' Level/Graduate Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- Candidate must be Singaporean/PRs only
- No prior work experience required
