Job/Project Description
Looking for a dynamic and well balanced personality, great communication skills with lots of enthusiasm and perseverance to learn new things and also be productive in a short span of time.
The incumbent would be having the following skills:
• Design and develop QA Test scripts (Manual and/or Automation)
• Study and understand user requirements and design specifications including business rules, data definitions, system functions and processes
• Interact, coordinate and collaborate with different groups (business support, applications and users) in test planning, execution and defect resolution
• Understand and use relevant tools for test planning, execution and defect tracking
• Creative and innovative to design test accelerators to improve testing efficiencies
• Advantages to have hands on knowledge and or experience in one of the language like Java, C++, VB scripts, Perl, Shell, SQL, Unix or Linux OS
Function /Project Objectives
By the end of the functional training period / project period, you will learn:
1. Design and development tools that helps in QA Testing and processes
2. Understand QA processes and fundamentals
3. Different types of testing (e.g., Functional, regression, automated testing, etc)
4 Will be able to understand the corporate culture and ethics
5. Get an exposure to Industrial best practices in software development methodologies, and exposure to systems in Retail industry
