Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or 'Duties')
- Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and broadcast production team
- Generate Cost Estimates and Purchase Orders
- Follow-up with the team on the campaigns’ progress status – close jobs upon successful completion of campaigns
- Liaise with the Finance team on matters related to invoicing
- Support in any other administrative task for the broadcast production team
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- One who has an interest in advertising & communications industry
- Attention to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Tertiary education institution (University, Polytechnic) students majoring in business, accounting or finance.
