Propel Singapore is the production agency within the DAN network with 4 core pillars; Digital, Broadcast, Content and Print. We work closely with agencies within the network to produce and implement assets/collaterals or deliverables based on their requirements and needs.
This is a fast paced environment, working with a mix of personalities from all walks of life, you will learn a lot and have fun whilst doing it. There won’t be a specific agency or project that you will be working on, you will be working with agencies across the network. There will be exposure to different agency working styles and different types of assets/collaterals or deliverables and is a great opportunity for a young intern to get exposure to a Global Advertising Agency.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or ‘Duties’)
Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and broadcast production team
Generate Cost Estimates and Purchase Orders
Follow-up with the team on the campaigns’ process status - close jobs upon successful completion of campaigns
Liaise with the Finance team on matters related to invoicing
Support in any other administrative task for the broadcast production team
Qualifications/Skills:
One who has an interest in advertising & communications industry
Attention to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A team player who is able to work independently
Tertiary education institution (University, Polytechnic) students majoring in business, accounting or finance
