Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or ‘Duties’)
Analyze marketing data to identify patterns, topics and improvement opportunities
Support campaign analysis and craft reports
Review the assist with data/campaign requests
Provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns
Monitor campaign performance
Work with Senior Analysts to build predictive models that improve campaign efficiencies
Support with the operations of growth of the Analytics division
Manipulate and transform various datasets into the date required for analysis
Create reports to answer the “Who? What? Where? When? And How?” questions around the business
Create graphs and summarize data
Assist with creating presentations to communicate results of data studies to the rest of the business
Provide recommendations on opportunities to improve the business.
Qualifications/Skills:
Diploma from Polytechnic, University degree or Postgraduate degree
Good research and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
