• We are looking for a Finance Assistant, who is committed to work thrice a week (Tues to Thurs) at our office from 9am to 6pm for a period of 6 months to 1 year.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable process – vendor invoices and staff/petty cash claims
• Manage Account Payable mailbox for payments and replies to queries
• Perform the required checks on invoices and staff/petty cash claims, including proper supporting documents and approvals are in place
• Review Ageing report
• Perform data entries in accounting system
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts
• Monthly Balance Sheet review
• Packing / Filing of documents
• Assist the team in any other ad-hoc duties
