Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Assistant, who is committed to work thrice a week (Tues to Thurs) at our office from 9am to 6pm for a period of 6 months to 1 year.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable process – vendor invoices and staff/petty cash claims
Manage Account Payable mailbox for payments and replies to queries
Perform the required checks on invoices and staff/petty cash claims, including proper supporting documents and approvals are in place
Review Ageing report
Perform data entries in accounting system
Bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly statements of accounts
Monthly Balance Sheet review
Packing / Filing of documents
Assist the team in any other ad-hoc duties
