Roles & Responsibilities
● Provide service and customer support during field visits and remote support
● Tie workflow to schedule
● Assist on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
● Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
● Produce timely, Document processes and Detailed service reports
● Follow company’s procedures and protocols
● Work with minimum supervision, maintaining appropriate communication at all times.
Requirements
● Only Singaporean/PR and must possess a class 3 driving license
● Candidate must possess at least Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Entry Level/No Experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
● Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service mechanical equipment
● English literacy
● Ability to work flexible hours and to adapt to changing work schedules
● Familiarity with tools and its applications
● Able to read basic electrical/hydraulic diagram
● Able to travel overseas for training
