Vendor Operations Intern (3 Months / 6 Months)
We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Vendor Operations Intern for our team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.
About the role:
This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Vendor Onboarding Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manages troubleshooting for: devices (SIM cards, printers, phones), onsite issues, Rapp and RPortal errors
- Assist in managing and tracking of supply and demand for onboarding and operational materials (paper bags, onboarding kits)’
- Assist in the transition for portal and/or device migrations
- Assist with innovation in job processes, such as automation on Salesforce and external tools
- Assist with ongoing projects : Device replacement for vendors and troubleshooting
- Any other adhoc tasks as requested by your manager
Requirements:
- Highly communicative with a pleasant personality
- Fluent in written and spoken English; other language skills is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives on meeting targets
- Prior call center experience a plus, but not compulsory
